We are so proud of the quality of our product since we have our own QA, they would check every product and make sure they are perfect when the item(s) is going to be shipped out. Outon also guarantee against manufacturing faults 1-year from the date the order was placed. It should be free to repair the defective part or replace the item if it is under proper use and warranty.
